romantic beachside bliss
friendly team sweet surprise
chef basant and his team were very friendly. i especially appreciated sanford's towel art (the loving birds were a sweet surprise). the resort offered many activities, like basketball and bike rides.
I noticed the absence of air conditioning in the lobby. It became quite warm, especially after coming in from outside. check-in took a while, and sitting there watching loved ones by the pool wasn't comfortable.

the resort features a clean beach easily accessed. activities available include basketball, cricket, bike riding, and carrom. playstation 5 is available for kids. there is also fish feeding and duck feeding.

the luxury suite was spacious with beautiful interiors. it included all required amenities for a comfortable stay. clean, fresh towels were provided daily. the room offered a peaceful respite after a day at the beach.

the location provides direct access to a peaceful, clean beach. this allowed for effortless walks along the sandy shores. refreshing dips in the sea were easily accessible. i loved the short distance to the water.

untrained staff hospitality training
I really liked the Continental dishes there..
The staff seemed untrained to handle the number of customers during breakfast. The staff also lacked hospitality training expected for a five-star hotel. One day, electricity and water went out, I found that very odd for a hotel of this class.

maintained gardens live music separate sinks
The hotel features well-kept gardens. I saw live sitar music during breakfast each day. It added a very special touch. The room included two separate sinks. This was very convenient.
The gym could use a few updates.

no wifi restaurant situation
the direct beach access was acceptable.
Wifi was a huge problem. I had no signal in my room! the restaurant situation was also irritating. It was moved to some random hall across the room. i booked this place expecting a certain level of convenience, and these issues definitely detracted from that.

Adequate stay. Some letdowns
The location was alright. It gave easy access to the beach.
the children's play area was actually non-functional. this was really frustrating since i booked with my kids in mind. i felt misled by the resort's advertisement.
